Interpreting equipment
Interpreting and conference equipment comprises tools that are essential for conferences, congresses, symposia and other meetings requiring simultaneous interpreting services. They include microphones, speakers, headphones, recording equipment, projectors, projection screens, monitors and other necessary tools. Installation and operation of the equipment is the responsibility of a technician who is present for the entire duration of the session. Conferences can be recorded in audio, video or photographs.

Booths
Interpreting booths provide interpreters with a workspace that is separated from the main conference proceedings. They enable quality transmission of sound and allow interpreters to concentrate on their work uninterrupted. Booths are equipped with an audio system and can include a monitor that makes it easier to follow presentations and videos that are projected for the audience. Booths can be soundproofed for greater concentration of interpreters and for listener comfort.

Sound equipment
Sound equipment improves sound quality in the overall space and is essential regardless of the type of interpretation. The speaker´s podium is equipped with podium microphones, while handheld microphones are used for audience questions. Individual presenters can also be fitted with lapel or headset microphones. Conferences can be audio recorded and live-streamed for the benefit or a wider audience that is unable to attend in person.

Whispering equipment
Whispering equipment is portable technology for interpretation. The set includes a microphone for the interpreter and a lightweight audio receiver that ensures a comfortable listening experience for the participant. Whispering equipment is particularly helpful for interpreting during trainings, workshops, and seminars with a limited number of participants. We use the digital set Sennheiser EK-2020-D-II, which is supplied and operated by the interpreter.

Projection
Whether it´s a simple presentation set up and run by a presenter, or a professional video with effects controlled by a director, projection represents a great visual complement to any presentation. In addition to a project screen we can install large screens at the conference venue that will provide all participants with a good view of the projected information, regardless of their seating. Presenters can be provided with a monitor to view their presentations in their own language, while delegates view a translated version on the large screens.
